Terms and Conditions
Promoter The promoter is Australian Ethical Investment Ltd (ABN 47 003 188 930) of Level 8, 130 Pitt Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 (“Promoter”).
Promotion This promotion is a game of chance conducted to encourage completion of a survey at the Impact Investment Summit (“Promotion”). No purchase or payment is required to enter. Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Eligibility Entry is open to individuals who: Are aged 18 years or over, Complete the survey in full during the Promotion Period; and Provide their personal detail to enable them to be contacted in relation to the prize draw.
Employees of the Promoter and its related entities, and anyone directly involved in running the Promotion, are not eligible to enter.
Promotion Period The Promotion opens at 9am on 24 March, 2026 and closes at midnight on 3 May, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.
How to Enter To enter, eligible participants must: Complete the survey provided at: Provide their contact details as requested in the survey; and Limit of one entry per person.
Prize There are three equal prizes consisting of: Three (3) tickets to the 2027 Impact Investment Summit (“Summit”). The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
Draw Details The draw will take place at Australian Ethical offices at Level 8, 130 Pitt Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 on 6 May 2026. The three prize winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
Winner Notification The winner will be notified by email or phone using the contact details provided in the survey within 5 business days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted, or does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
Prize Delivery Details for accessing the Summit tickets and dinner will be arranged directly with the winner. Any costs not expressly included in the prize description (including travel or accommodation) are the responsibility of the winner.
Privacy Personal information collected as part of this Promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Collection Notice (Marketing and Communications) available at australianethical.com.au/privacy-policy and used solely for the purposes of administering the Promotion and as otherwise permitted by law.
General The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, incorrect, or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
This Promotion is conducted in accordance with relevant Australian laws and regulations.
